岗位职责：
Job Description:
协助项目建筑师进行项目各个阶段的设计工作以及施工协助，以实现高质量的建成项目。
Assist project architect in different design and construction phases to achieve high-quality architectural works.
任职要求：
Requirements:
1. 熟悉方案设计，具备优秀的方案深化和初步施工图设计能力，及熟悉各个阶段的工作流程以及图纸要求，在项目建筑师的指导下确保概念及方案设计在深化阶段的持续和完整性；
Familiar with concept design, exceptional abilities in design development and construction documents in early stage; familiar with the work flow in all phases as well as the requirements on drawings; responsible for the continuity and integrity of concept and schematic design under the direction of the project architect;
2. 建筑学本科以上学历，或国外同等学历建筑学及环境艺术专业毕业，有海外留学背景或工作背景者优先录用；
Bachelor or above degree(s) in architecture, or degrees in equivalent architectural and environmental design from abroad; oversea education and/or work experience is a plus;
3. 5年以上国际知名事务所工作经验；
With 5 years or above work experience in high-caliber international architecture firms;
4. 能够掌握城市尺度的设计项目，及中型以上公共建筑，住商办混合体项目；
Experienced in urban-scale projects, medium-sized or larger public architectural projects, and mixed-use projects including residence, retail and office;
5. 能够独立和与团队工作进行幕墙体系方案及深化设计，与设计院及个专业协调并整合建筑设计，完成方案及深化图纸；
Capable to work independently or with the team on schematic design and design development of faade system; capable to assist the coordination with LDIs and consultants to complete design documents;
6. 熟练使用AutoCAD、SketchUp、Adobe Creative Suite等建筑软件；
Skilled in architecture design software, including AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and among many others;
7. 拥有良好的团队精神，及强烈的责任感；
Capable of teamwork with a strong sense of responsibility;
8. 拥有在事务所以中文为主要沟通语言的务实经验，具备良好英语沟通能力者优先考虑。
Fluent Chinese (reading/writing/speaking) is a must; good English in professional communication is a plus.
