四哥恭祝各位新年快乐 万事如意 最近正在忙项目收尾作业 新年之际放出一些新图和被毙掉老图 整体方案已经定下来了 接下来就是完善图纸。
前期用LU 测试了很多空间效果 不过LU似乎在某些方面不太合这边老师的胃口 没有办法最后回归朴素的概念风格。这个东西在这边好像老外很喜欢 把SU相机定位  选好一个场景 然后到处三个风格的同一角度的图片 X射线  手绘 正常白底直线的那种图
然后进PS 三种风格组合 然后加以一些超炫的图 赋予建筑表皮 配上剪影人  这种风格重视写意 商业写实的风格 授课老师不太能接受 而这种朴素的概念风 正中他们下怀
不过这次时间很紧 没有出LU动画 不然他们眼前应该为之一亮










用LU对地块做的大改动 不过后来基本都重新修订了 这边对历史建筑和植被的 保护相当重视 留改并迁似乎在这边都不能很好的发挥作用 因此只能用有限的地块做出新东西 通过对城市功能结构的调整 产业的搭配 让城市复苏

这个其实用的一个很简单的理论 建筑高度与街道宽度对空间围合感的影响的理论（H/D 1:1 1:2 1:3 1:4）来分析街道和广场空间的质量 旁边红色的格子是街道空间变化的频谱 深红色的小格子代表应为建筑高度细微的变化对空间围合感的影响哈

第一次学做这个 感觉很多地方还没有深入 下学期好好弄一个吧

Congradulations! U'r almost there, I hope u'll g8 the best result during UK study period.
These posts are really impresse me specially about the sketchup models, planning analysis and SU styles photomontage effect. As far as I know, in UK, no matter how famouse firm they are, such as Gross Max, AEcom or foster, designers prefer to use concept montage drawing to illustrate their ideas other than using realistic renderings.
In real 3D-visullization field, they have already try to use some plugins in sketchup years ago. The famouse one is walk about 3D or simmitry. Lumion is far more real, convenient and fast than any of them. However, it is too real to dilevery ideas that conception needs uncertainty and diverse possible! They only use them in development design. For sure, In China, most of client will like Lumion.
BTW, Physical model is a great try to think , it looks so fantasic! Love it.

Thanks for your advices and comments, Kevin. You are totally right, that's something I’ve just found recently! Conceptual drawings is perfect to show some uncertain idea, it seems nothing to show, but also seems full of creative idea in it. but to the client in China, maybe it's not a good way for presentation. And you know, most of them are officers in governments, and for them, they just want to see the reality and beautiful pictures rather than idea drawing. If u can use animation to show the projects, it will be good experience for them. At least, most of the unprofessional officers will think about projects in the way like i mentioned before. Therefore, i didn't adapt the teaching style in UK at first and can't find a way which the tutor prefer. Fortunately, i hope i have found the methods.   

唉，太厉害了一定要学好lumion这个软件太强了。再有感谢各位老师的分享能够让我见到如此专业的图形。

lumion特效如此丰富作为表现与说明够用了，各位老师水平之高令人敬佩，敬仰敬仰。
